History

A renaissance construction, modified and restructured in the XVIIIth century by the architect Francesco Pini who interpreted the concepts and ideas provided by Filippo Juvarra who was active in Lucca during this period.

The edifice is layed out with a central core flanked by two lateral structures typical of the villas of Lucca of this period.

The property was completely refurbished in 2002 on all four floors, with an internal lift being added.
